Why does my DPF get blocked?
There are a number of reasons why your DPF can become blocked up with soot it can be incorrect
driving style or a failed or blocked component such as sensors and EGR valves that need to be working
correctly for the DPF to regenerate and do its own clean. The biggest problem that we see alot of the
time with DPF issues is the incorrect diagnosis and thinking that by cleaning the filter will resolve the
problem. Until the reason the DPF issue is diagnosed then there is always the issue of the DPF blocking
again.

If needed how do we clean your filter?

We use a chemical system that is pressurized in to the DPF pressure sensor pipe or the temp sensor and
directly into the DPF. This means there is no need to remove the DPF for cleaning and to have your
vehicle off the road for up to three days.
Our service includes of finding the fault by running a full diagnostic using a diagnostic tool and then also
manually checking pressure of the DPF system to confirm the ecu and sensor is reading correctly.
Our DPF cleaning service will normally take around 2 hours depending on the Vehicle and can be done at
your home or workplace.
